Deyga Media ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by Deyga Media, LLC ("Deyga Media ") to users of the Deyga Media network. Deyga Media reserves the right to modify the policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to this URL: www.deygamedia.com/usepolicy.html

ILLEGAL USE. The Deyga Media servers may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

easyEDIT: By using Deyga Media's easyEDIT tool the user/client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

User Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP
  • Web Browser: Internet Explorer v5.5 or above
  • JavaScript: Must be enabled
  • Note: easyEDIT will not work on Apple Mac's MacO

Computer Requirements

In order to use Deyga Media’s easyEDIT Service, you will need a personal computer (PC), and any related equipment required, that can support the Internet browser described on our Browser Requirements page. For easyEDIT to function properly you need to be using Microsoft Internet Explorer. (In this Agreement, your computer, any software and the related equipment are referred to collectively as your "Computer".) You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your Computer. We are not responsible for any errors or failures caused by any malfunction of your Computer, and we are not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of the easyEDIT Service, your Computer or other Internet access. You are also responsible for all telephone and other similar charges incurred in connecting to the easyEDIT Service and for charges by any Internet service providing connection to the Internet. Deyga Media is not responsible for improper layout after user has made modifications using easyEDIT. Any needed work from Deyga Media due to improper use of easyEDIT, can be billed at our hourly rate.

SYSTEM SECURITY. Violations of system security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Deyga Media will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an e-mail or newsgroup posting.
INDIRECT OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS OF THE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, AND ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATIONS BY A THIRD PARTY ON BEHALF OF A Deyga Media CUSTOMER'S END USER, SHALL BE CONISERED VIOLATIONS OF THE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY BY SUCH CUSTOMER OR END USE
